Senior High School
Goal: To produce competent and compassionate graduates who are ready for the opportunities and challenges of higher education and the world of work through the Montessori approach.
OBJECTIVES:
• To provide a Montessori curriculum that is aligned with the national standards and competencies for senior high school education, following the principles of personal projects and interdisciplinary learning.
• To empower senior high school students to pursue their chosen academic tracks or career paths based on their abilities, interests, and goals, such as Accountancy, Business and Management (ABM), Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM), Humanities and Social Sciences (HUMSS), General Academic (GA), Arts and Design, Sports, or Technical-Vocational-Livelihood (TVL).
• To support senior high school students’ holistic development, well-being, and resilience, by modeling grace and courtesy, encouraging self-evaluation and self-correction, and promoting personal growth.
• To facilitate senior high school students’ transition to college or employment through career guidance, mentoring, and linkages, by providing them with opportunities to explore different fields of study, professions, and industries.
• To foster senior high school students’ specialist exploration, by providing them with opportunities to deepen their knowledge and skills in their chosen track or strand, and to apply them in real-life situations.
